About the event

On July 20th, I’m hosting one of my “Benefits Over Billionaires” town halls alongside the first annual "Take Back Our Community Voter Registration, Education, and Empowerment Rally," a multi-church town hall and rally organized by Parish House Community Development in Greenville, South Carolina.


Greenville's congressional district, SC-04, is one of the congressional districts held by Republicans that we must win in 2026 to secure the House Majority and make President Trump a lame duck President. I want to hear from people directly impacted by Trump's mass firings, the Republicans $880 billion in Medicaid cuts, and other egregious attacks by this administration and its allies.


As Republicans follow orders to dodge their constituents' protests, progressives must be loud and clear in standing up to the unholy alliance of wealth and power in our time and rejecting the failed neoliberal policies that put billionaires and corporations over working people..
